At this time we do offer One-On-One coaching service to the public, it is application based to see if we are the right fit.

To be considered for One-On-One coaching there is a application form which you need to complete. This form is the FIRST STEP in being accepted into the coaching program. You can download this form here: [link to application form]
It’s important to understand that just completing this form does not mean you will automatically be accepted as a coaching client. We only work with salons and salon owners that we know we can make a measurable impact on. As such after receiving your application and reviewing your answers to the questions there is an interview, which we would require you to go through. The interview is essentially a coaching phone call where we would provide you some advice and feedback as well as ask you questions about your salon based on the questionnaire. If after conducting this initial phone call we both believe that we can add value to your salon then we’ll discuss moving forward on that call.

At this stage though, don’t worry about the call or the interview. The first step is to complete the application form.
