Indulge Salon york pa encourages advanced hair color techniques

Hair salons should really think about how the new talent are hungry for advanced education to perform their jobs even better than your competitors.

In 2015, I have hired many stylists with multiple years of training, background in education and I still find that everyone of these new hires is hungry for advanced techniques in hair color theory, formulations, balayage techniques and we have been working with FREELIGHTS which is a really neat version of balayage but has a neat twist on it that allows for a diffused look that shows no lines.

Our staff is excited to the point they are sharing these special customized technique with their friends. We have recently hired 4 stylists with diverse backgrounds and experiences. I am the educator and trainer in my salons which results in helping my staff achieve their goals through the training that Indulge Salons York Pa provide. They can see for themselves how they can achieve their goals if we give them the “correct” approaches to fix color, consult about color and the idea of pre-booking clients.

Staff get bored and start looking at the other salons in town if you don’t keep education coming through your doors. If you don’t know where to get started, email me at kimberly@warriorsalonconsulting.com to set up a FREE complimentary 20 minutes to chat about some ideas to get you started rolling. If you are a newer salon and have no idea or you don’t do hair then their are other alternatives to getting education into your salon to motivate, inspire your team to update their trends.

I was just talking to one of my clients today in the salon. I asked why she still came to me after 30 years of doing her hair right out of Empire Beauty School. You know what she said?, “Kimberly, I love that you always talk to me about the newest class you’ve been to and I know you will make me look great!”. Enough said on that. I said “thank you” and was really having a proud moment which I want all of you to have. Look you don’t have to have 4 classes a week but you could start out with a salon meeting to give them the heads up as to what might be happening in the future, then set up a training to teach them a new technique and they should have models. Nothing beats a real live model.

Just one class can help generate some sales in your salon. Best wishes to you and your salon! [metaslider id=15]
