After all of the years I’ve been doing business, I realized that customers have the right to expect something from you and your business. Your business is a representation of you and what you believe in. That’s right everything you say, everything you do, everything they experience from your communication, service, interaction and your marketing. Have you ever heard the expression “under-promise and over-deliver?”
This sounds better than it is. Why not really develop a system in your business that will actually deliver consistent results EVERY time, every interaction. What can you promise and deliver on with your business interactions? If you promise a service, and interaction, a product or whatever you “say” you can do and then you actually do it, they (the customer) will expect it as they should. The day you stop doing “the thing” that you promised, you will be not living up to your word. Does your word count?
The action step of the day is to think about the one thing that you can deliver consistently on. Put an action plan to perfect it or choose another system that could be delivered each time your customer interacts with you. At WSC (Warrior Salon Consulting and Growyoursalonprofits.com) we care about what you think about your business. Ready to make it better? Go here…..
